Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy is straightforward and commonsense:

• Physical products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no charge to you. No need to ship the defective product back to us. Just contact us at orders@theunveiling.org with your order details, or reply to the order confirmation email from our store. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

• Physical merchandise (like artwork, clothing, mugs, etc.) have a 30-day return policy for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. If you ordered the wrong size, or if you simply changed your mind about the product, contact us at orders@theunveiling.org with your order details, or reply to the order confirmation email from our store. Please note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached (where applicable). Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• All book sales are final. If you have a philosophical or theological disagreement with something we’ve written or produced and would like to discuss if further, please leverage our Contact Us page, or email us at friends@theunveiling.org. We’d love to hear from you.

• All digital download sales are final.
